A filet medallion with potato and asiago cheese croquette, and a rosemary garlic port sauce

Jumbo Shrimp stuffed with lumps of Louisiana crabmeat, jalapenos, green onions and seasoned bread crumbs.

Fresh Gulf Grouper grilled with house seasonings and topped with a lemon beurre blanc
