Zane + Wylie's is a West Coast Steakhouse, and it sources it's beef regionally. Our kitchen is helmed by Owner/Chef Kevin Davis, and specializes in prime Pacific Northwest beef, lamb, poultry and pork, as well as wild caught Alaskan seafood. In turn, our beverage program features Pacific Northwest sourced wines, spirits and craft beers carefully selected by renowned sommelier Bruce Sturgeon. Our hope is that people will feel as much at home in this space as we do, and will come to visit anytime they feel like a good steak is in order.
